Can I use my international driver’s license?
A valid driver’s license issued in your state or country is acceptable, as well as international licenses.

Do I need insurance?
Yes, insurance is required by state law. Contact us for details on temporary insurance policies that may be available to you.

What are your age requirements?
You have to be at least 21 years of age to rent and drive a vehicle.

Do you pick up and drop off customers?
Yes, we have a service to pick up and drop off customers. Please request this when making a reservation.

Do you deliver and pick up the vehicle?
Yes, we provide these services.

Do you pick up at the airports?
Yes, we pick up from and deliver to the airport. This service must be requested prior to the start of your rental period.

Do you deliver to hotels?
Yes, we do deliver to hotels, but the client must be present to sign any paperwork and rental contracts.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept payments in the form of cash, checks, credit cards, traveler’s checks, or debit cards.

May I use another person’s credit card for renting a vehicle?
You may, but the cardholder must be present and with proper ID to sign the rental contract.

Do I need to pay a deposit?
Yes, a deposit is required for security reasons. The amount of the deposit will be returned to you after successfully returning your undamaged rental vehicle.

How much is the deposit?
The deposit is based on the type of vehicle being rented, and usually ranges in price from $250 to $500 (for cash deposits).

What type of cars do you have?
We have economy, compact, mid-size, full-size, convertibles, vans, SUVs, luxury car rentals, and some exotic car rentals.

Do you have automatic or stick-shift cars?
We have both automatic and stick-shift models. Since most of our vehicles are automatic, please request a stick-shift option when making a reservation.

Do you have air-conditioned cars?
Yes, all of our cars have air conditioning.

Do you rent cars by the hour?
Yes, cars can be rented by the hour, with a minimum of four hours.

Do you offer accessories with your rentals?
We do have accessories that can be rented with our vehicles, which include baby seats, cell phones, and GPS units.

Is there an additional charge to have more than one driver?
Yes, additional charges will apply when the rental vehicle is to be driven by more than one person.

Is there an additional charge for fuel?
There is no additional charge should the vehicle be brought back in the condition it was in. A charge will be added if fuel is not at the same level as when it was released into your care.

Is there an additional charge for being an underage driver?
Yes, the charge applies to customers that are between 21 and 24 years of age.

Can I drive out of state?
Vehicles can only be within the state of Florida. If out-of-state travel is required, contact us to receive information on any additional fees that may incur.

If I rent a vehicle for a month, will I receive a discounted rate?
Yes, vehicles may be rented for periods of and longer than one month, and we will apply a discounted rate to the rental term.

Do you have AAA, travel agencies, or airport employee’s discounts?
Yes, we offer discounts to members of any one of these associations.

Do you offer coupons?
Yes. Please visit our “specials” page for a list of current deals and discounts.

If I must return a vehicle during nonbusiness hours, what is your policy?
We have a convenient drop-off service that allows you to leave your rental vehicle at a designated location. Please let us know in advance if this should be the case, and we will leave you instructions on where and how to leave the vehicle.
